60-day money-back guarantee

Try Softcrease for up to 60 days from delivery. If you're not happy with it, email us at support@softcrease.com within those 60 days with your order number and we'll guide you through the return.

How returns work

To receive a refund, you need to return the complete pack you bought: every tube in the pack, including the free extra tube that comes with the 6-month pack. Packs can't be partly refunded.

We'll email you the address of our returns warehouse. Return shipping to the warehouse costs AUD $15 and is paid by you. Once the complete pack arrives, we refund the full price you paid to your original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't pay any return shipping.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
